I was able to get it to run again by restarting KDE in a terminal window. I'm not quite sure what command I used but someone on the IRC told me how to do it. Another thing to note is that when I start up my computer, I need to run "ksuperkey" to get the windows/meta key to open the ApplicationLauncher.
