Bug#881943: libqt5opengl5-dev should provide libqt5opengl5-dev-full-opengl on !armel/armhf

I was thinking to call this libqt5opengl-desktop-dev because Desktop OpenGL
Is the "full" one. Ideas? Yes, this might sound like bikeshedding but
having the right name package sometimes help.
