well you need to dist-upgrade otherwise your debian is out of sync. and you use testing/unstable, so bugs may happen. And keep in mind, that this issue happens because of mysql/mariadb 5.5->5.6 switch and the drop out of innodb so unfortunatelly out of scope of akonadi.
