krunner and the KDE menu use the /usr/share/applications/org.kde.kjots.desktop
file when the application has to be started. The most important part here is
the Exec line:
Exec=kjots -caption %d
But this already shows the problem. kjots doesn't have a caption parameter and
will therefore exit immediately with
Unknown options: c, a, p, t, i, o, n.
The correct Exec line must therefore be:
Exec=kjots -qwindowtitle %c
Please cherry pick this change from
https://github.com/KDE/kjots/commit/d536dbdf606d18baa437d03a9852fa6bb7289953
and fix the problem in stretch.
