While working on some FTCBFS bugs, I noticed that libkf5kipi-bin is strangely empty. Its package description says "This package provides runtime utilities.". Yet, it doesn't contain any utilities. The changelog even says that it is intentionally empty. At the very least, the package description should reflect that. Maybe the package can even be removed? Helmut
