This is a really old bug, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. In the
past few years KDE went from KDE 3 to KDE Plasma 4, and more recently to
Plasma 5, I would be really surprised if the issue reported to KDE 3 is still
relevant. So I'm closing the issue, please if you can still reproduce the
issue reopen adding the information of the hardware you are using and the
versions you are running.
