I obtained more information about this bug. What I did previously was revoking my gpg key I used to protect the wallet. I also added a new key in the key store. Some minutes (or hours, don't remember) later the first error appeared.
Other issues I saw this morning related to this: No problem the first time the wallet was opened. (Triggered by system configuration) When I tried to close manually it this window appeared: " Title: Error - Servicio de cartera de KDE. Message: Error de cifrado mientras se procedía a guardar la cartera cartera. El código de error es 1 (General error). Por favor, corrija la configuración del sistema y pruebe de nuevo. (Error - KDE wallet service Cipher error when cartera wallet was going to be closed. Error code is 1 (General error). Please, correct system configuration and try again) " I opened manually the wallet and appeared a new message: "La cartera está protegida con un certificado gpg, que en este momento está revocado. En el anillo de claves hay una nueva clave The wallet is protected with a gpg certificate that is revoked at this moment.
