For what it's worth: I rebuilt the kdevelop package with updated dependencies to llvm-3.9-dev and libclang-3.9-dev. The package seems to build just fine and after installing it the problem is fixed, both as expected. I have only tested it for a short while, so not a very extensive test. (And I'm probably not the best candidate for testing since I only switched over to kdevelop a couple of months ago, so not really an expert user... ;-) ) I'll continue to use this new build and let you know if I encounter anything strange, but as Kevin Funk said, it should work just fine.
