Thanks. If you can't reproduce it, then there is no point in trying to fix it.
The first time it comes up immediately for me. I just waited 30 minutes to see if it came up the second time, and it did not. So I tried it again and again it did not come up, hoping that things had changed after 30 minutes. Everything else is peppy (I have an SSD and a quad core i7 which helps a LOT since I have hundreds of thousands of emails).
