The BTS does not know about binNMUs (and I don't think it should, since
the numbers may not be in sync between architectures). (+b# suffixes are
stripped from versions). And the BTS considers bugs with the same
version fixed and found as "not fixed", to be on the safe side.

I usually close such bugs as "invalid", i.e. without a fixed version,
and a message like "fixed in binNMU".
