When one tries to drag a tab there is a lot of lag at the start of the drag gesture. As a result the tab is likely to be trailing the mouse pointer by inches so that figuring out where the tab will end up is quite confusing. For a bug such as this a video is worth a million words so I recorded a drag session and uploaded it there: http://fgouget.free.fr/tmp/konsole-drag-16.08.2.ogv Note that this is not a new bug: it has been there for at least a year.
