Package: kde-plasma-desktop Version: 5:84 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I am using kde-plasma-desktop and I regularly use a lot of Konsole windows. The window manager lists all of the Konsole windows in one stack off the task bar, but my screen is big enough for only 33 of these. When I create the 34th Konsole window and minimize it, the list of Konsole windows off the bottom task bar fails to show the individual windows (it's simply a large blank area with no individual window information) so that I am no longer able to select the one I want. However, I can click near the bottom of the would-be list of windows to open one. If I exit this window so that I have only 33 such windows, I can again view the individual windows in the list. I would like some way to be able to know which window I am selecting after I exceed the screen limit of 33 windows for one application. A scroll bar would be acceptable. Perhaps better would be to scale down the size of the indivdual items in the list so that they all fit on the screen. Alternatively, the list could provide the first (or last) 33 windows that fit so that I have at least some selection capability. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.5 APT prefers stable APT policy: (990, 'stable'), (900, 'stable-updates') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/32 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages kde-plasma-desktop depends on: ii kde-baseapps 4:4.14.2-1 ii kde-runtime 4:4.14.2-2 ii kde-workspace 4:4.11.13-2 ii plasma-desktop 4:4.11.13-2 ii udisks2 2.1.3-5 ii upower 0.99.1-3.2 Versions of packages kde-plasma-desktop recommends: ii kdm 4:4.11.13-2 ii xserver-xorg 1:7.7+7 Versions of packages kde-plasma-desktop suggests: pn kde-l10n <none> -- no debconf information
