Just to clarify: the actual conflict seems to be "libkf5kipi-data breaks libkipi-data" which is why I apparently can't have both libkipi11 (dependence for ksnapshot) and libkf5kipi31.0.0 (dependence for gwenview) installed simultaneously. Again the naming here seems to suggest that it's simply a case of the new version being renamed to libkf5-- (probably as a way to indicate it's part of the KDE 5 framework?)
