Perhaps I did not explain this very well. New notes are created with the default font settings shown above (Title font = Noto Sans 10 - bold italic, Text font = Oxygen-Sans 10 - Sans-Book). On restart the notes are then displayed with different font settings (Title font = Noto Sans 10 - regular, Text font = Noto Sans 10 - regular). Nothing was changed apart from restarting knotes. The default font settings used to create notes are not being saved with notes.
