I think kdepim or at least kmail needs an dependency or at least a recommends to kdepim-addons. Cause if its not installed kmail does not display the headers of a mail in the mail view. Also it is not possible to select a header template via "View / Headers" menu. Dunno whether its required for other KDEPIM apps. Regarding to the filelist it has templates for KMail and some plugins for KOrganizer, KAdressBook, KMail (including Antivirus + Antispam plugins).
