kdepimlibs-data is only in experimental, you won't need it unless you're 
trying to test kdepim 15.12 (warning, this might break your previous akonadi

I don't that package, you mean akonadi-server = 1.13.0-8? If you are trying to 
use kdepim from experimental you'll need the newer akonadi versions (also in 
experimental).
