Bug#812576: okular: fails to show up. Please close invalid.

I've found the cause of the problem and it has nothing to do with 
okular. The problem was (is) that ifupdown2 fails to bring up the lo 
interface. Bringing up lo by hand, okular starts working again, along 
with other KDE apps.
