The kgamma pkg (the kde4 version) is currently unmaintained upstream and, honestly, is also unmaintained by us. kgamma5 provides the same functionality for the plasma 5 desktop and completely replaces it. The removal should also remove the experimental version (4:14.12.2-1). Happy hacking,
