I also don't fully understand what you do. For what I read I think you start an X session by running Xtightvnc with user A and then you want to run some Qt4 tool with user B, right? Anyways Qt4 is in security fixes only mode, so I won't get help from upstream to solve this. If you can also try to see what happens with Qt5 apps.
