You can submit the request in the upstream bug tracker (https://bugs.kde.org/) or sending a mail to the kde developers mailing list (kde-de...@kde.org) If you decide to submit a new bug in the upstream bug tracker, please, tag this bug as forwarded with the corresponding bug url (http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/btslink.html).
