As is in this package, gir1.2-accounts-1.0 can't possibly work without a python (or python3) interpreter installed, but it depends on neither. I am going to go ahead and accept the package, but I think this should be fixed right away.
The usual way to generate correct python depends is with ${python:Depends} or
${python3:Depends} and dh_python2 or dh_python3.
