This is an upstream bug, and it would be better if you contact the translators
directly, specially if you need to discuss the correct wording, the project
homepage is at: http://i18n.kde.org/

Please note, though, that we are a few versions behind regarding kde-l10n, so
it might be that there is a related change upstream.
