Now that kdecoration has been rebuilt in testing, downgrade to the testing version of breeze. One way to downgrade would be to manually download the 4:5.3.2-2 packages from breeze that you have installed from http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/b/breeze (that will redirect to a ~nearby mirror) and manually install them with dpkg.
