In debian/copyright there are quite a number of dates that need updating as well as come third party sources that are missing entirely. I'm not going to reject the package as this a problem that's already in the archive, but please review debian/copyright. It looks like it was last done in 2012.
I also filed #795482 since there's a possibility of non-free code that needs to be investigated. I did not check if this also exists in versions before 5.5.0 or not. Scott K
