In the ~/.local/share/akonadi/akonadiserver.error there are repeated
deadlock errors reported.

to be a very simple fix for this problem can be found.

Thanks. I'll take it as "good enough to close this bug". I can't reproduce
deadlock any more. Please make sure to upgrade to 1.13.0-7 to avoid
regressions in 1.13.0-6.
