Hi, kde-plasma-desktop is currently uninstallable because it depends on plasma-desktop and kde-workspace which then in turn depends on kde-workspace-bin. But plasma-desktop conflicts with kde-workspace-bin and thus kde-plasma-desktop cannot be installed. As a result, kde-full cannot be installed either.
