Unfortunately, I have to reject your package. In cmake/FindModemManager.cmake the licensing says:
# Redistribution and use is allowed according to the terms of the BSD license. # For details see the accompanying COPYING-CMAKE-SCRIPTS file. There is no accompanying COPYING-CMAKE-SCRIPTS file. The license is correctly documented in debian/copyright, but in Debian the source tarball itself needs to be distributable (i.e. include all the licensing information). Please add the missing COPYING file and feel free to ping me for a expedited re-review after it's uploaded. Please work with upstream to correct this for the next Kf5 release. I did complete the review of the package and it appears to be good for archive inclusion in other respects.
