I know the bug isn't fixed, but on the one hand you can't reproduce it. And on the other hand debian suggest to log out while upgrading. kdelibs in special do not support upgrade while logged into a X session. I know that is not a solution, but I think we do not help here anyone let this bug open for years without the nessary informations to fix it. Hopefully you can understand why I'm closing it.
