This package has some debian/copyright issues, but they do not appear to be new, so I'm not rejecting the package. Please fix in the next upload. The package has a mix of LGPL 2 (the debian dir - which you ought to see about updating to 2.1), LGPL 2.1 or 3, and LGPL 2.1 or LGPL 3, or KDE e.v. approved. Not all these variants are documented in debian/changelog.
Please give the package a thorough scrub and include all the license grants in debian/copyright.
