I found that searching for files using e.g. by Dolphin do not find any source files like *.cpp, *.c, *.hpp, *.h. . Then I found in baloo source code (http://code.woboq.org/kde/kdelibs/baloo/src/file/fileexcludefilters.cpp.html) that all source code mime types are excluded by default from indexing. This makes baloo useless for me. I have no option to switch off excluding those mime types. I work a lot of witch source codes, so would be good to see source code files in search results.
