Hi,
Upstream closed this issue some time ago without much explanation, probably
because the issue was originally reported to the long time unsuported kde3
version. In the upstream bug there is a related issue reported as reproducible
in 4.6.5, but even that one seems to be gone in the current jessie version.
The only way I could reproduce the issue is with a script like:
#!/bin/sh
less /var/log/kern.log < /dev/tty > /dev/tty 2> /dev/tty
and launching it with nohup:
nohup ./evil.sh
Which is, in fact, working as intended.
So, I'm tagging the issue as fixed in the jessie version.
Happy hacking,
