I tested the version currently in deferred
(soprano_2.9.4+dfsg-1.1.dsc) on arm64 and it builds OK there.

It's not the same patch as in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=752112 but largely
the same symbols are involved. My arm64 patch makes them all
"(optional=internal)". This one just removes them.

My understanding of c++ symbols is such that I don't know which is
better (or whether the arm64 fix works on mips64). But either fix
makes the package satisfactory on arm64 so is OK with me.

Hope this is a useful datapoint.
