I'm not sure how to add explanations or step-by-step instructions and
related to debian/copyright. Here's a tiny diff to the patch that adds
explanation to the icon file itself, although I'm not convinced it is
even needed.
If you view it as still an issue, please move the icon to root and its
copyright shall be assigned to Digia so nothing needs to be added
anywhere.
