The bug seems to be triggered from the digikam-nepomuk-synchronization which I activated a long time ago when Digikam had a GUI option for that (this option is gone in the mean time). The synchronization seems to be broken: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305079#c2 (I do not know how current this information is).
Changing in ~/.kde/share/config/digikamrc > [Nepomuk Settings] > Sync Digikam to Nepomuk=true > Sync Nepomuk to Digikam=true to > [Nepomuk Settings] > Sync Digikam to Nepomuk=false > Sync Nepomuk to Digikam=false ends the endless loop of nepomukservicestub crashes. So this might be a workaround until a true fix is available.
