Steps to reproduce: sudo apt-get install odbc-postgresql postgresql, unixodbc, iodbc apt-get source psqlodbc cd */ debian/tests/isql Fwiw, the bug seems to be in iodbc, not libiodbc2 - I ran into the bug after upgrading only iodbc.
