Dear maintainers, I can also confirm this bug. Just as Dimitry described, it is not possible to kill the screenlockwer process. It will be killed, but started again. Even as root it is not possible to kill the process. Sometimes the command killall helped, but not in this case.
Maybe it is a problem with the rights? In former times kscreenlocker_greet got sticky bit set (rwsr-xr-x with root:root), but now it has rwxr-xr-x with root:root. This problem appears on ALL my computers as well as on 32-bit as on 64-bit systems. Thank you for reading this.
