Seems QtCore is already doing the right thing and loading libicu52 from what I can see from a strace:

open("/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libicuuc.so.52", O_RDONLY|O_CLOEXEC) = 3
open("/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libicudata.so.52", O_RDONLY|O_CLOEXEC) = 3
I didn't notice and breakage in Qt-based apps, so I guess simply
updating the Suggests should be sufficient.
