Package: nepomuk-core-runtime Version: 4:4.10.5-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, *** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation? After upgrading kmail to kmail 2, it is necessary to have a running akonadi server, and also nepomuk is connected to this. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Well, kmail is not working, probably the migration tool got stuck. But this bug is on Nepomuk, and the issue is that within KDE settings dialogue, section desktop search displayed: "Nepomuk installation is not complete". So Nepomuk was not usable despite all packages were installed. * What was the outcome of this action? see above * What outcome did you expect instead? a running deskop search engine nepomuk, and besides kmail 2 working :/ Solution: After installing virtuoso-minimal and its dependencies, desktop search works, no more complaints on behalf of kde settings dialogue. *** End of the template - remove these lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.9-3.slh.1-aptosid-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages nepomuk-core-runtime depends on: ii libavcodec53 7:0.10.3-dmo1 ii libavformat53 7:0.10.3-dmo1 ii libavutil51 8:1.0.7-dmo2 ii libc6 2.17-92 ii libexiv2-12 0.23-1 ii libgcc1 1:4.8.1-9 ii libkdecore5 4:4.10.5-1 ii libkdeui5 4:4.10.5-1 ii libkidletime4 4:4.10.5-1 ii libkio5 4:4.10.5-1 ii libnepomukcore4 4:4.10.5-1 ii libpoppler-qt4-3 0.18.4-8 ii libqt4-dbus 4:4.8.5+dfsg-3 ii libqtcore4 4:4.8.5+dfsg-3 ii libqtgui4 4:4.8.5+dfsg-3 ii libsolid4 4:4.10.5-1 ii libsoprano4 2.9.2+dfsg.1-4 ii libstdc++6 4.8.1-9 ii libtag1c2a 1.8-dmo1 nepomuk-core-runtime recommends no packages. nepomuk-core-runtime suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-qt-kde-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
