Package: phonon-backend-gstreamer
Version: 4:4.6.0.0-2
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
I wanted to report a bug regarding phonon-backend-gstreamer and minitube, but
....
.... reportbug, due to debsum error, claims phonon-backend-gstreamer (version :
4.6.0.0-2 ) to be not installed although it is as shown by
# dpkg --get-selections | grep phonon-backend-gstreamer
phonon-backend-gstreamer:i386 install
With version 4.6.0.0-1 reportbug does not show debsum errors with phonon-
backend-gstreamer.
(BTW, the bug regarding phonon-backend-gstreamer and minitube (the later plays
only some seconds, then jumps to the next video. phonon-backend-gstreamer
seems to be the culprit) exists in both versions, 4.6.0.0-1 and 4.6.0.0-2
This problem is discussed here:
http://flavio.tordini.org/forums/topic/linux-minitube-1-7-1-skips-playing-
videos
and needs to be fixed upstream )

This is not a bug of the package but in your instalation or in some debian
tool in the middle. I have just uploaded a new version, so this wil get fixed
by it.
Thanks for reporting the bug!
Kinds regards, Lisandro.
