Well, I can't reproduce the crash in my system, and I'm also getting that line saying it can't find the configuration file (so, that's normal). > I tried the 4:4.10.2-1 package, too, and get the same error there. It might be a missing dependency or something else. Please install kdenetwork-dbg (warning, it may be huge) and send us a backtrace.
