Dear Maintainer,
Please change the severity of the bug depending on what
is/would be right. Anyways I tried installing the latest kdelibs-bin
and got caught with this :-
$ sudo aptitude install kdelibs-bin=4:4.10.2-1 libnepomukcore4=4:4.10.2-1 -y

Looking at the installation it seems the issue is at here :-

/var/cache/apt/archives/kdelibs-bin_4%3a4.10.2-1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/ktelnetservice', which is also in
package kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.10.dfsg.1-5
The best way perhaps would be to have conflicts against kdelibs4c2a
which for some reason is still there on the system.
