Hello,

I have the same issue with systemsettings 4:4.8.4-5.

I did a "rm kglobalshortcutsrc khotkeys*" as per [1]
and it went back. So something was probably broken
with one of those files.

Sadly I rm'ed them so I can't say what was in there.
