Dolphin does not update the directory that is currently opened when a
file is
changed/copied/removed/renamed there. Besides that, the program "fileschanged"
does see if a file is changed (gamin is installed). So I need to press F5 to
update the directory.

I don't know which exact version fixed this bug but was fixed upstream and
can't
be reproduced in KDE SC 4.8.4.
