unfortunately it is too late now in the freeze to provide new -dbg packages for Wheezy (already asked), but we will add it after its release. In the meanwhile, to produce better crash traces of kstars and/or debug it, you can recompile the kstars source on your own, making sure to export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="noopt debug nostrip" to get .deb packages compiled with no options and debug symbols not stripped out. (Note the resulting kstars.deb will be much bigger than the current one, but it is okay.) -- Pino Toscano
