Can somebody clarify this? Where *should* a user put their Akonadi
SQLITE database file?  I mean, I could always shove it in ~/ but I
think there should be a place where this file belongs by default.

After making the above changes, everytime I ran akonadiserver, it
would continue to crash just as before.. I had to run akonadictl start
which created the database file and initialized akonadi.

Now, KMAIL works.. But really it should have worked from the beginning
of a fresh KDE install.  It doesn't make any sense for things to be
misconfigured by default.
