This refers to Bug 187237 of the KDE bugtracking system. The 'custom
page number' feature is very useful in Adobe Reader since many documents
have 'logical page 1' that is different from the 'physical page 1' in
the file. Of course, in the TOC everything refers to logical pages, so
it would be great to be able to have these in Okular's page display,
too. Just look at how Adobe is doing it...

This has been implemented in Okular 0.14.x, part of KDE 4.8.x.
Closing with the first version in Debian of Okular/KDE 4.8.x.
