Since last update there is something wrong with windows management with two
screens,
for example mplayer in fullscreen is spanned between the 2 screens,
new windows appear on the secondary screen regardless of kde settings.
downgrading to 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-6 fixes the problem.
not sure if it's important but I'm using nvidia closed drivers with twinview.
