The 'Ongoing' blog feed at <http://tbray.org/ongoing/ongoing.atom>
cannot be displayed properly.
All entries use a relative xml:base URLs, for example in the current
content of the feed:
<entry xml:base='When/201x/2012/03/11/'>
The URL for this entry should be resolved relative to the feed itself
as <http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/201x/2012/03/11/>. However, if
I follow the 'Complete Story' link Akregator uses the URL
<file:When/201x/2012/03/11/>.
Images are also not displayed, as their URLs are given relative to the
entry URL.
