Hi!

In my country (Russian) we use a comma to separate the decimals too.
If I paste 10,3 "nop" displayed.
If I paste 10.3 - displayed. "10,3" (with comma)

Probably will solve the problem by adding into kcalc/kcalcdisplay.cpp
after code:

=====
void KCalcDisplay::slotPaste(bool bClipboard)
{
        QString tmp_str = (QApplication::clipboard())->text(bClipboard ?
QClipboard::Clipboard : QClipboard::Selection);
=====

line
====
tmp_str.replace(",",".");
====

All the best,
