Package: plasma-desktop Version: 4:4.6.5-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I have this problem for some months now. In my office I use an external monitor that I plug in my laptop, but at house I just use my laptop's screen. After configuring my laptop to work with the external monitor as the primary output, everything runs well. If I 'll try to reconfigure the "display and monitor settings" in order to use only my laptop's screen, again everything is ok. But now if I restart my laptop without the external monitor plugged in and I start opening some applications, I can't see their windows on the screen. Even though they are running and I can see them in the task manager of the panel. If I kill the plasma-desktop then the windows will be appeared. The only way to "fix" this problem is to delete the ~/.kde folder with all my kde configurations and restart my laptop.
